Two cupped hands lift a small scoop of pond water at the reed-lined shore, and there, sitting inside that one handful, are the reflected domes of an Orthodox cathedral. It's an entire church held for a second in two palms before the water runs back out between the fingers. Faith, in this frame, turns out to be a lot more portable than anyone expected.
