These terms apply whenever you buy a print through zeninphoto.com. They’re written in plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us before you order and we’ll clarify.
Who you’re buying from
Zen In Art is operated by Pragmatic Way Inc., based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Every print sold on this site reproduces original photography by Igor Zenin, licensed to Pragmatic Way Inc. for sale here.
What you’re buying
Each product is a made-to-order print, produced only after you order it — nothing is pre-printed or held in stock. Prints are manufactured and shipped on our behalf by Prodigi, an international print-on-demand network; see our Shipping Policy for how that works.
Screens vary in color calibration, so the print you receive may look subtly different from what you saw on your display — this is normal for photographic reproduction and isn’t a defect on its own.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable sales tax, calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and production begins shortly after. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations work once an order is placed.
Copyright
Buying a print gives you the physical print — it doesn’t transfer any copyright or reproduction rights in the underlying photograph. All images remain the property of Igor Zenin / Pragmatic Way Inc. Reproducing, scanning, or reselling the image itself isn’t permitted without written permission. For licensing inquiries, contact us directly.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the European Union. If you’re elsewhere and want a print, email us — we may still be able to help.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our fulfillment process evolve. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
