How your print is made and shipped
Every print is produced to order by Prodigi, an international print-on-demand network we work with. Prodigi routes each order to whichever of their production partners is closest to your delivery address, so packages usually ship from within — or close to — your own country rather than from a single central warehouse.
Where we ship
Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the European Union. If you’re outside these regions, email support@zeninphoto.com — we may still be able to arrange something.
Production and delivery time
Because nothing is pre-printed, every order goes through a production step before it ships — timing varies by product and by which production partner handles your order, and we’d rather not promise a specific day count we can’t consistently hit. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it’s on its way.
If your order is taking longer than seems reasonable, just ask — support@zeninphoto.com.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees on arrival — these aren’t included in your order total and are the recipient’s responsibility. Amounts vary by country and are outside our control.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once production starts, we generally can’t redirect a package. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we’ll do what we can before production begins; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how that window works.
Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to report it.
If a package never arrives
Tracking occasionally shows a package as delivered when it wasn’t, or a carrier loses one outright. If yours doesn’t show up, email support@zeninphoto.com — we’ll check the tracking, follow up with the carrier through our print partner, and make it right with a reprint or refund once we’ve confirmed what happened.
