Zen In Art is operated by Pragmatic Way Inc. This page describes, plainly, what information this site actually collects today — not a generic template. As the site grows, this policy will be updated to match.
What we collect
This site does not have user accounts, does not use tracking cookies, and does not run analytics today. There are no forms on the site that collect personal information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical details (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance, as is normal for any website.
Links to other sites
Every “View prints” button on an artwork page takes you to a third-party print marketplace — RedBubble, Zazzle, Fine Art America, or GiantArt. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy and handles any order or payment information you give them directly; we don’t receive or store that information.
Cookies and analytics
None are in use on this site today. If we add privacy-conscious analytics in the future to understand which pages get visited, we’ll update this policy to describe exactly what’s collected.
Email communications
We don’t currently collect email addresses for marketing. If that changes — for example, order updates or a mailing list — we’ll only send commercial messages to people who’ve explicitly opted in, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and always identify ourselves clearly, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page whenever what the site actually does changes — for instance, if analytics or direct checkout go live.
