Story Musing

A ballerina stands before a giant open book whose pages have unfurled into a flock of birds, taking flight one after another into a night thick with stars. She isn't watching them go with any obvious surprise — more like this is simply what happens when a story gets far enough along. The birds trail off into a streak of cosmic light overhead, blurring the line between reading and dreaming. Story Musing treats imagination as something with real lift, rising straight up off the page.
