Quiet Wharf

A small wooden dock holds one rowboat at the edge of a lake gone glittering gold with sunset, thin ice scattered across the water's surface while birch leaves hang overhead. Birds cross the sky in the distance, the only real motion in an otherwise perfectly still scene. Quiet Wharf earns its name in how completely the water has settled for the evening.
