Morning Swim

A flock of white geese gathers at the edge of a lake gone entirely pink with sunrise, hazy industrial smokestacks barely visible on the horizon behind them. The birds crowd close together at the shoreline, unbothered by the contrast between their calm morning and the distant skyline. Morning Swim finds real serenity even with a city humming somewhere just out of frame.
