Into The Light

by Igor Zenin · 2009

The light at the end of this avenue could be dusk, could be dawn, could be nothing more than lamplight doing its best impression of both — autumn leaves hang low and red against a fog that's turned every streetlamp into a small sun. It's a path that asks to be walked rather than looked at, one glowing lamppost at a time, toward whatever's waiting at the end of it. Some walks you take for the destination. This one's worth taking for the walk.
