Heavenly Domes

Golden Orthodox domes rise above a thick bank of cloud, their crosses catching light that seems to come from somewhere just out of frame. A second church floats fainter in the distance, half-swallowed by the same clouds holding the first one up. Heavenly Domes takes its title literally — this is architecture built to look like it belongs above the clouds, not below them.
