Muskoka Marshes

Two swans glide through a lily-covered inlet, dark evergreens crowding both banks beneath a sky stacked with towering white clouds. The water sits perfectly still, holding a near-mirror reflection of the trees and sky above. Nothing about the scene is dramatic — no storm, no sunset, just a marsh doing what marshes do on an ordinary bright day. Muskoka Marshes finds real beauty in a place that isn't trying to be beautiful.
