Gondolier

A single bare tree leans out over water gone perfectly still, its reflection doubling into the pink and mint pastel of dusk. Misty mountains hold the horizon at a careful distance, letting the tree and its mirror image carry the whole composition. It's a landscape quiet enough that even the water seems to be holding still on purpose.
