Flowers Still

A wild bouquet of cornflowers, daisies, and poppies fills a glass jar on a windowsill, a lit candle standing guard in front of it. Rain streaks the window behind, a figure's soft silhouette caught mid-motion through the glass, more suggestion than person. The candle flame is the only sharp thing in the frame, everything else softened by rain, curtain, and dim light. Flowers Still treats a bouquet somebody picked as reason enough to light a candle for it.
