A figure made of sea foam and spray walks across stormy waves at sunset, wings of water trailing behind her like she's been assembled entirely out of the ocean itself. It reads as pure allegory — the sea given a body just long enough to take a few steps. Water World finds real drama in exactly how briefly that shape can hold together.
