Unzipping Skies

A steam locomotive barrels through open clouds with a single giant eye set into its boiler, smoke trailing behind as it climbs toward a curtain of dark fabric peeling back to reveal a starfield beyond. The sky itself reads like a zipper caught mid-motion — ordinary daylight clouds pulling apart to expose whatever cosmic void was hiding behind them all along. Unzipping Skies commits fully to the joke in its title: reality has a seam, and something is currently pulling it open.
