A fly agaric mushroom stands alone on the forest floor, its scarlet cap catching a single fallen leaf like a hat it never asked to wear. Mist and low autumn light blur the trees behind it into soft vertical smudges, leaving the mushroom as the one sharp thing in the frame. Everything about the composition treats this small, ordinary fungus with the seriousness of a portrait. Under Cover finds a quiet joke in nature — even a mushroom can look like it's hiding something.
