A woman's face emerges from a tangle of dark, web-like hair against a rough, stone-textured backdrop, a single red flower tucked behind her ear. Everything about the texture reads ancient — more carved relief than photograph. Supernatural earns its title in exactly how much the hair refuses to behave like ordinary hair.
