Red Poppies

Red poppies and white daisies scatter loosely through a foggy meadow, cows grazing soft and hazy in the background under painterly, muted light. Nothing about the scene rushes — flowers, fog and cattle all settling into the same unhurried country mood. Red Poppies earns its name in every bloom holding its color against all that gentle gray.
