Two silhouettes, one path already carpeted in everything the trees gave up this season, and a light at the far end doing its best impression of a destination. It's the kind of walk that doesn't need a reason — just wet pavement, fallen maple leaves underfoot, and somewhere to be that isn't urgent — the kind of unhurried mood most walls could use a little more of.
