Pilgrimage

A robed figure walks briskly through a stone archway toward a distant windmill, a single jet contrail crossing the blue sky far overhead. The arid landscape stretches quiet and empty beyond the arch, nothing but sky, path, and one small figure making the journey. Pilgrimage finds real purpose in how deliberately that figure moves through so much open ground.
