Night Watch

A woman's eye watches from within a swirl of dark cloud as a burst of colorful light rays explodes outward like an aurora caught mid-detonation. It's less a portrait than a vigil — something ancient keeping watch over a sky doing something spectacular. Night Watch earns its title in exactly how much it feels like being seen back.
