Horses Run
by Igor Zenin
Dust doesn't so much rise here as get flung — a herd of white horses at full gallop turns solid ground into weather of its own making, manes and haze blurring into the same pale color. There's no rider in sight, no fence in frame, nothing but forward. It's the kind of movement a still photograph shouldn't be able to hold, and somehow does.
