Hay bales dot a patchwork of rolling green hills, a small wooden footbridge crossing the stream at the bottom of the frame like the one deliberate detail in an otherwise wide-open summer view. Clouds do the heavy lifting overhead, piling up just enough to keep the sky from looking empty. It's the kind of countryside that doesn't need a landmark — the land itself is the point.
