Autumn's Spring

A spring cuts through smooth canyon rock, golden birch branches arching low overhead while evergreens hold their ground against the season turning. Storm clouds swirl dramatically above, water and stone and two kinds of tree all caught mid-transition at once. It's autumn and permanence sharing one frame — the leaves changing, the rock and river simply continuing.
