An Autumn Day

Rain streaks down glass in the foreground, blurring a golden autumn field into loose color while a small red cabin and grazing horses hold their shape just past the drops. Storm-dark sky presses down on all that warm gold below, two kinds of weather occupying the same frame. It's an ordinary rainy window turned into the best seat in the house.
